LuxWinPH Terms and Conditions – Philippines Online Betting

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of LuxWinPH — whether through the website, mobile application, or any other interface — you enter into a binding legal agreement with LuxWinPH. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete registration or, where applicable, from the moment you first access the platform without registering.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses associated with the duplicate account. 2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to update your details if they change. Providing false information, particularly regarding identity or age, is grounds for immediate account termination and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LuxWinPH username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. LuxWinPH will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

LuxWinPH operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Accepted ID documents include SSS/GSIS cards, PhilHealth ID, Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, and PRC identification cards.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

LuxWinPH accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day vary by payment method and account tier. 4.3 Processing Times

4.4 Currency

All transactions on LuxWinPH are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). LuxWinPH does not accept or process deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

4.5 Deposit Source Consistency

Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for deposits. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If your original deposit method is no longer available, contact LuxWinPH support to discuss alternatives, which will require additional verification.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is confirmed when LuxWinPH issues a bet confirmation and a unique reference number is assigned. It is your responsibility to verify that all bet details — event, selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except as provided for under specific market settlement rules.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum single bet is ₱50 on most markets. Maximum stake limits vary by event, market, and account status. LuxWinPH reserves the right to set individual stake limits for any member at any time, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.3 Odds Changes

Odds displayed on LuxWinPH are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. For live betting, odds update continuously. LuxWinPH will notify you if odds have changed between your initial selection and bet confirmation, giving you the option to accept the new price or decline.

5.4 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting authority, league, or governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, LuxWinPH will await the official outcome before final settlement. Provisional or reported results do not trigger final settlement.

5.5 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: event cancellation before commencement, abandonment of an event, a "No Contest" ruling, technical errors resulting in manifestly incorrect odds, or where evidence of match manipulation is confirmed by the relevant authority. Voided bets are refunded in full to your LuxWinPH wallet.

5.6 Parlay and Accumulator Rules

For parlay bets, all selections must win for the parlay to pay. If one leg is voided, that leg is removed from the parlay and the remaining legs are settled as a reduced parlay. If only one leg remains after voiding, the bet is settled as a single at the remaining selection's odds.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All LuxWinPH bonuses and promotions are subject to individual terms published alongside each offer. Where these Terms and Conditions conflict with promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most LuxWinPH bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion. Only bets placed on qualifying markets contribute to wagering requirements. Casino slots may count at 100%, live casino at 10–20%, and sports bets at 100% unless otherwise specified.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free bet credits expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. LuxWinPH recommends reading the expiry date for each promotion before claiming it.

6.4 Abuse and Bonus Fraud

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LuxWinPH and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement:

• Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade previous account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players or LuxWinPH employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate sporting events, including match-fixing or inside information betting.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the LuxWinPH platform.
• Money laundering or using LuxWinPH deposits and withdrawals to move funds of illegal origin.
• Systematically exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting using LuxWinPH promotional offers in conjunction with other platforms.

LuxWinPH cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any member found engaged in illegal activities will be reported to the appropriate bodies without prior notice.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on LuxWinPH — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, software, text, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of LuxWinPH or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any LuxWinPH content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of LuxWinPH intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Philippine consumer protection law.
